Conscious Parenting of Your Toddler is about offering solutions and answering parents' most important questions. It’s a very well-structured guide, meant to respond to the most challenging situations encountered in the path of a child’s education.
The two parts of the book are full of useful advice written in a very clear manner. You can find the steps you need to take in order to resolve conflicts and strengthen the bond between you and your toddler. Also, the book teaches mindfulness techniques for inner peace and equilibrium. This is a book that every parent needs to read, fully understand and use it as a practical guide.

I recently purchased this book because of the positive reviews. I am still in the process of reading this book, but I must say that the concepts the author addresses is powerful. Her book is easy to follow along and understand. I take notes and highlight things that I feel are important for me to work on to be a “conscious parent.”

I would highly recommend this book to anyone, not just parents, who is wanting to learn and dive into their own mind and parenting/caregiving from within oneself and putting their best care out, if that makes sense. This book provides ways to focus on yourself while focusing on your child.

Amazing read and I hope the author will publish a workbook soon as I will try to be one of the first to purchase it <3

This book along with "whole brain child," made me realize how the human brain works from birth to 12. It's pretty wild and I found it fun to read. Short chapters made me feel like I was accomplishing something. This book led me to the path of healing my inner child. Self awareness is key and I will raise my children to be safe, heard and authentic. Highly recommended. The tips can be used on any human at any age, especially when adults act like toddlers 🤣. Thought provoking and enlightening journal entries are guided at the end of each chapter. I'll keep this book forever because I can always refer back to it, and I'll make my kids read it some day 🤣
